About Me

Doris Dickerson, Ed. D.

As a Certified Coach specializing in Organizational Development, I focus on nurturing aspiring and early-stage leaders, as well as guiding transitions from leadership to mid-management roles. With more than a decade of impactful leadership and administrative experience, I have effectively spearheaded Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, significantly enhancing student and faculty achievement. 

Throughout my career, I have continuously pursued professional growth, recently completing several continuing education courses to stay at the forefront of industry developments. My dedication to lifelong learning and excellence has sharpened my skills, making me an ideal candidate for roles in Educational Leadership or as an Inclusive Leadership Coach.
